Matter-of-fact, I have not seen nor heard about anyone who has utilized shakes for many years with consistently good results. Normally the people that use

shakes have their weight, or worse, they've lost it and gained it back because they could not live off shakes their entire life.

I find it funny that since i have have forfeit weight, many people have tried to sell me on meal replacement shakes in an effort to keep my weight off. Where

were they when I was fat? Must i not have access to been their target audience then?

Of course, when individuals attempt to get you to use their "favorite shakes", realize that many meal replacement shakes can be purchased with the old

pyramid system of promoting. If your friend is actually pushing you to buy their shakes, it is more probably that they care about their sales more than your

wellbeing. So, just watch out for where you get advice from.

In closing, it seriously confuses me though why a fatty, or former fatty, would want to drink their calories. I love food. Meals are why I was fat. Replacing

food with a drink is simply will make me crave food more.

What do you think of meal replacement shakes? Do you rely on them? Why or why not?
